Larry Fitzgerald considering retirement again, will only play for Cardinals

As has been his stance in recent seasons, Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald won’t commit to playing next year.

This next game at State Farm Stadium in Arizona could be his final one at home. Though, Fitzgerald is not tipping his hand completely one way or the other. He also remains committed to only playing for the Cardinals should he decide to give 2019 a chance.

The Cardinals are having an extremely dismal season that has produced only three wins to date. Quarterback struggles have unfortunately impacted Fitz’s production, causing him to average a career-low 46.1 yards per game.

Surely, Fitzgerald has much to think about as it pertains to his future to eventually retire as a Cardinal.

If the future Hall of Fame receiver does decide to return in 2019, it will mark his 16th year in the league. That in itself, would be quite phenomenal.
