One of the most anticipated games in the season turned into an utter blowout on Saturday night. On the road against the No. 3-ranked LSU Tigers, No. 1 Alabama rolled in a blowout victory.
LSU could never find any momentum in this game, and even the rare successful drive into the red zone ended on a brutal missed field goal or interception.
Meanwhile, the Crimson Tide dominated this game from start to finish with the offense and defense owning the Tigers in every single aspect of the game.
Once the Tigers’ final grasp of hope died on their missed field goal, Alabama immediately drove down the field with an eight-play, 80-yard drive for the score.
After Alabama expanded its lead to 29-0, Twitter reacted to the Crimson Tide wiping out the Tigers in Death Valley.
Alabama has run just about all the purple and gold out of Tiger Stadium stadium. It's 29-0.
