The New England Patriots made the ultimate mistake and it burned them. Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Tyreek Hill was left wide open and he burned them for a game-tying touchdown in the final minutes.
Late in the fourth quarter trailing by seven, Patrick Mahomes stepped up in the pocket and unleashed a bomb to Hill, who made a leaping catch then ran untouched into the end zone for the touchdown.

New England already allowed two touchdowns in the game to Hill, but that apparently wasn’t enough. Instead, one of the most disciplined teams in the league left the NFL’s most explosive playmaker wide open deep down the field.
As if that weren’t bad enough, a Patriots fan flipped Hill off and spilled beer aont him after the score.

Now the Patriots will need some late magic from Tom Brady to save them from disaster, which he may just do.
