Colts won’t have T.Y. Hilton or Jack Doyle in Week 6

For the second consecutive week, Indianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Luck will be without his two favorite targets. Wide receiver T.Y. Hilton and tight end Jack Doyle were ruled out for Week 6 against the New York Jets.

Hilton suffered a hamstring strain early in Week 4 and the severity is serious enough where he remained “week-to-week”. Now he will be sidelined for a matchup against a Jets secondary without two of its top corners. As long as Hilton remains sidelined, Chester Rogers will likely remain Luck’s go-to receiver.

Doyle hasn’t played since he suffered a hip injury in Week 2 and was unable to practice this week. In his absence, Eric Ebron should continue to maintain his role as the top tight end in this offense.
