The New York Yankees and Boston Red Sox are going to be a lot of fun to watch battle it out in the AL East this year. During their first meeting of the new season on Tuesday night, two of the game’s best went head-to-head, as Chris Sale was on the mound dealing to Aaron Judge.
Judge, who already had two hits on the night against Sale, took him deep on a no-doubt shot that was gone from the moment it left his bat — a solo shot that finally got New York on the board for the first time all night.

This baby went a long, long way to the deepest part of the ball park.

Judge is now batting .341 on the season with three home runs and eight RBI. Needless to say, he’s making up for lost time in his history against Sale.

Now, if only Stanton could get into a groove the Yankees would really have something going. As it is now, he’s in a real funk, but we know things can change on that front in a big hurry.
