Report: Saints among ‘a bunch of teams’ interested in Jimmy Graham

In not-so-shocking news, the Seattle Seahawks are reportedly moving on from tight end Jimmy Graham. After never really producing the big numbers he put up with the New Orleans Saints, Graham will soon be a free agent and could reportedly be on his way back to the Bayou.

Graham was shockingly traded to the Seahawks in free agency in 2015. There his production dropped and the 923 yards he recorded in 2016 and 10 touchdowns in 2017 marked his best with Seattle.

Ideally, Graham returning to New Orleans and Drew Brees — a quarterback he had tremendous chemistry with — would thrill Saints fans. Graham was targeted no less than 125 times per season during 2011-14, playing catch with Brees. He also tallied 46 touchdowns during this stretch and averaged 1,099 yards per season.

Graham is 31 years old and if the Saints cannot find a way to sign him, multiple other teams will surely offer.
