Cowboys to reportedly sign Patriots OT Cameron Fleming

The New England Patriots are on the verge of losing both of their starting offensive tackles from last season. Earlier in the offseason, left tackle Nate Solder signed a massive deal with the New York Giants.

It now looks like right tackle Cameron Fleming is joining Solder in the NFC East. According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter and Field Yates, Fleming will sign with the Dallas Cowboys.

A fourth-round pick back in 2014, Fleming has started 40 games over the past three seasons. He’ll now take over as the Cowboys’ starting right tackle with La’el Collins moving back to guard as a replacement for Jonathan Cooper, who just signed with the San Francisco 49ers.

This is a major upgrade for a Cowboys offensive line that surprisingly struggled last season. It also means that the Patriots will likely go offensive line heavy in next month’s NFL Draft.
