Report: Deshaun Watson to take part in Texans OTAs

Things continue to improve for Houston Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson who is rehabbing from an torn ACL.

According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, Watson is on course to participate in 7-on-7 drills during the team’s upcoming OTAs.

This latest report aligns with head coach Bill O’Brien recently saying Watson is “ahead of schedule” in his rehabilitation process.

Watson has resumed working out and he and fellow teammate, defensive end J.J. Watt, posted this video of them at the gym in early January.

Those who follow Watson on social media can easily track his progress. He does a great job keeping his fans informed of how he is regaining his strength.

Barring any setbacks, Watson looks to be well on course to practice with the team this offseason.
