WATCH: Jaguars roast Colts with fake punt on their first drive of game

The Indianapolis Colts are not a well-coached team under Chuck Pagano. We’ve seen this countless times in recent years and saw it once again Sunday against the Jacksonville Jaguars, who utilized a fake punt to perfection en route to scoring a touchdown on their first drive of the game.

Punter Brad Nortman could have misfired by quite a bit and still converted on fourth-and-8, because tight end James O’Shaughnessy wasn’t covered by anyone on this play. Jacksonville caught Indy’s special teams with its pants down, and the play went for 29 yards as a result.

Five plays later, Blake Bortles found Marqise Lee in the end zone for a four-yard touchdown to put the Jags up early, 7-0.
