After the stunning news that LaVar Ball had pulled LiAngelo Ball out of UCLA, it’s been widely reported he’d be looking to have both LiAngelo and LaMelo Ball playing overseas. Now it appears the Ball brothers could soon be professional basketball players.
Depending on what Lithuanian club Prienu Vytautas decides to do, LiAngelo and LaMelo could soon be playing in Europe, per ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.
Story filed to ESPN with @DraftExpress: LiAngelo and LaMelo Ball are in serious discussions to sign professional basketball deals with Lithuanian club Prienu Vytautas. Club plans to decide in next 24-to-48 hours whether to finalize an agreement with the two American teenagers.

The club, also known as BC Prienai, won its first BBL championship last season. It was founded in 1994 and is being coached by Lithuanian Virginijus Šeškus, a former player.
If the two teenagers do sign a professional contract, it would mean their only shot to the NBA would be through Europe, rather than a stint in college.
