Jaguars’ Leonard Fournette inactive, missed team photo

Jacksonville Jaguars rookie running back Leonard Fournette

The Jacksonville Jaguars will attempt to move to 5-3 on the season Sunday against the Cincinnati Bengals. They will do so without rookie running back Leonard Fournette for the second consecutive game.

Though, the reasoninng behind Fournette being inactive is much different than the team’s last game. According to multiple reports from ESPN, Fournette will sit out Sunday’s game partly because he missed a team photo this past week.

No, really.

Remember, Fournette missed Week 7’s win over the Indianapolis Colts with an ankle injury. This breaking news seems to suggest that something larger than simply missing a team photo could have led to Fournette being inactive. Though, that’s pure conjecture on our part.

Fournette, a rookie top-five pick, has put up 732 total yards in six games this season. Obviously, he’ll be missed by the first-place Jaguars.

We’ll also have further updates on this story when they become available.
