Tom Brady ties Peyton Manning, Brett Favre for most regular-season wins ever

Tom Brady is among the best NFL players over the age of 30

Tom Brady and the New England Patriots were far from perfect Thursday night, but they were able to do enough for their third win of the season. Brady passed for 303 yards and a touchdown to help the Pats eke out a 19-14 win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Speaking of wins, the victory marked No. 186 for Tom Brady during the regular season, which puts him in some pretty elite company.

Brady tied Peyton Manning and Brett Favre for the most regular season wins in NFL history.

It won’t be long before that record falls. Brady and Co. have a 10-day rest after Thursday’s game while they get ready for Week 6. They’ll be going up against the New York Jets two Sundays from now, at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey.

So, for a little more than a week, Manning and Favre will be on equal footing with Brady.
