When the New England Patriots take on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Thursday night, they’ll likely be without tight end Rob Gronkowski.

Gronkowski is nursing a thigh injury. Given his injury history and the fact that New England is on a short week, it should surprise nobody that the Patriots are holding him out.

Through the first four games of the season, Gronk has caught 20 passes for 318 yards with two touchdowns.
