Those anger management classes are apparently working for Adam Jones, at least minimally. The Cincinnati Bengals cornerback was involved in a car accident Tuesday, according to TMZ Sports, as he was driving his Rolls-Royce in Ohio.

Jones says another car “ran straight into me,” damaging his very expensive ride. Thankfully, Jones did not lay his hands on the poor sap who ran into him. But he did lay into him verbally.

“This (expletive) done pulled out and hit me!”

“They talk about anger management at work … normally I’d smack the (expletive) outta a (expletive) who do the (expletive) like that. Stupid (expletive).”

Jones is currently facing potential legal trouble stemming from an incident earlier this year in which he threatened a police officer (video here). Though felony charges were dropped, he is still facing three misdemeanors.

Clearly, Jones still has some work to do in regards to anger management. But perhaps we can look at this from a glass-half-full point of view and be thankful that a verbal explosion was the only thing that happened in the wake of this accident, which the police told TMZ was “minor.”
