The New York Giants started off their game against the Philadelphia Eagles on Thursday night in a disastrous manner. Already down 7-0 early in the first quarter, Giants quarterback Eli Manning gifted the Eagles another seven points.

It came in the form of a Malcolm Jenkins 34-yard interception return for a touchdown.

This put New York in a 14-0 hole in a game it needs to win in order to remain viable in the NFC East race. Should Philadelphia come out on top here, the Dallas Cowboys will clinch the division and the No. 1 overall seed in the playoffs.

It’s sure looking like that’s going to become a reality here.
