Panthers quarterback Cam Newton

The Carolina Panthers are decisively beating the Arizona Cardinals in every way possible. They were already leading 27-7 when Cam Newton decided to show everyone why he’s the likely MVP of the NFL.

Newton capped a 12-yard touchdown run with the Superman leap to bump the Carolina lead to 34-7. It immediately followed another big run from Newton, who converted a third-and-long in the process and was no less impressive.

Unlike last week against the Seattle Seahawks, the Panthers are continuing to dominate the Cardinals well into the third quarter.

The game is now in the fourth quarter and that play might well be the one that punches Carolina’s ticket to Super Bowl 50 and a date with the Denver Broncos.
