WATCH: Texans’ J.J. Watt forced out of action vs. Chiefs

J.J. Watt

Houston Texans defensive end J.J. Watt was forced out of Saturday’s wild card game against the Kansas City Chiefs.

The all-world defensive stud was trying to get around Chiefs offensive tackle Eric Fisher when his leg appeared to buckle. He immediately fell to the ground in obvious pain, though he was able to walk off under his own power.

Watt was looked at by trainers for quite some time on the sideline, though he did not go back to the locker room. Instead, he remained on the sideline with his helmet on.

One interesting thing that happened after Watt fell to the ground is that Fisher took an extra shot at his head, which might end up resulting in a fine for the offensive tackle.

Perhaps not surprisingly, the Chiefs drove right down the field with Watt sidelined to score the second touchdown of the game and take a definitive 20-0 lead late in the third quarter.
