Former NFL WR Titus Young Arrested Again

The disturbing story of former Detroit Lions second-round pick Titus Young continues. According to the Detroit Free Press, Young was arrested in Southern California last week  on a felony charge of battery with serious bodily injury. He is currently being held at the Twin Towers Detention Facility in Los Angeles.

According to the Free Press report, Young  is being held on $105,000 bond.

The arrest occurred just one day before Young was set for a pretrial hearing on four felonies and a total of 11 charges from a burglary case back in 2013.

Young, who was released from the Lions back in 2013 due to issues with the coaching staff, was arrested three times in a one-week span back in May of last year. He had previously sought treatment for a psychological disorder. There is no word on exactly what conditions Young might have, if any. Needless to say, Young’s once promising life has hit rock bottom.
