Wife of Warriors owner received death threats over Beyoncé ‘incident’

The 2019 NBA Finals are now mired in drama unlike anything we’ve seen in recent memory. It has nothing to do with Draymond Green or Drake.

Rather, it’s all about members of the Warriors’ ownership group. We already know about the team’s minority owner and investor shoving Raptors star Kyle Lowry during Game 3 Wednesday evening.

Now comes this piece of information from the wife of Warriors majority owner Joe Lacob, who indicates that she’s receiving death threats following an “incident” with musical superstar Beyoncé.

Just spoke to Nicole Curran, the wife of Warriors owner Joe Lacob, about the “incident “ with Beyoncé last night. She was in tears. Said she had been getting death threats on social media all night this morning she disabled her IG account just to make it stop.

This all stems from the woman striking up a conversation with Beyonce’s lesser half, Jay-Z, during the game on Wednesday. It’s rather obvious that Beyoncé was not a fan of it.

This “incident” led to Curran getting the treatment on social media. However, death threats and other threats are just not acceptable. They never really are.

People really need to tone it down ahead of Game 4 in Oakland Friday evening. If not, things could get even uglier.
