New Orleans Pelicans star Zion Williamson loves putting on a show for fans. On Tuesday night against the Portland Trail Blazers, Zion got the entire stadium rocking with a rim-rattling, alley-oop slam.
When Pelicans guard Jrue Holiday came around the screen and saw Zion hustling towards the hoop, everyone knew magic was about to happen. Holiday instantly lofted up the perfect pass to Zion, who grabbed it mid-air and hammered it home for the emphatic jam that sent vibrations through the arena.
Of course, thunderous alley-oop slams are nothing new for the Pelicans. Zion is the perfect partner for Lonzo Ball and Holiday to make highlights happen on a nightly basis. As long as the Pelicans star remains healthy, basketball fans can look forward to more dunks like this in the years to come.
