It’s not exactly the ball bouncing off Jose Canseco’s head and over the fence for a homer. But it’s pretty funny.

Toronto Blue Jays infielder Vladimir Guerrero Jr. has struggled early this season, hitting .222 through four games heading into Tuesday’s outing against the defending champion Washington Nationals.

It did not take Vlad too long to change that against Nationals starter Austin Voth. That included a homer to left-center field in the second inning. In no way is this the story.

Just watch.

Yes, that’s left fielder Emilio Bonifácio colliding with center fielder Victor Robles as both were attempting to make a play on the ball. For good measure, Robles’ glove ended up over the fence.

Luckily, both players were just fine. Unfortunately, social distancing became nearly impossible.
