The quality of play during the debut weekend of XFL football has been impressive, and Tampa Bay Vipers tight end Nick Truesdell absolutely stunned with a one-handed catch that would be impressive at any level on Sunday.

Late in the second quarter, his team down by 14 points, Truesdell made the play of the game for his team going up and hauling down a one-handed catch while he was getting absolutely hammered by a defender.

Check out this stellar play.

Truesdell is a 29-year-old former undrafted free agent has never been able to stick on an NFL active roster but has put up stats in the AAF and AFL. And it sure looks like he’s going to be one of the best players on Tampa Bay’s offense this year.
