Tyler Durbin had a chance to tie the game for Ohio State Saturday midway through the fourth quarter and shanked a chip-shot field-goal attempt instead.

The kicker quite simply hooked this easy attempt under pressure.
This isn’t the first time Durbin has watched in horror as his efforts did not go according to plan. He had an opportunity to put Penn State away earlier this year, if you remember, and had his field goal blocked for the go-ahead touchdown instead (watch here).
Instead of tying the game up at 17 points apiece, the Buckeyes remained behind, 17-14, as the fourth quarter ticked along.
It wasn’t the first huge special-teams blunder of this game, either. Urban Meyer called for a fake punt earlier that was snuffed out by Michigan (watch here) — a play that directly led to a Michigan touchdown.
