In a game between to otherwise irrelevant teams Saturday in Detroit, the Tigers were already having their way with the visiting Texas Rangers.
Up 7-0 with one out in the top of the six, Tigers outfielder JaCoby Jones took that to an entirely new level. In preserving what was then a shutout bid by teammate Mike Fiers, the slick-fielding veteran robbed Adrian Beltre of a homer.
It was a beautiful sight to behold.

As we can see, the always entertaining Beltre was in complete shock that Jones brought this one back from a sure homer.
While Fiers would eventually give up a lone run before departing in this frame, he can thank Jones for keeping his ERA down.
What a tremendous grab by the 26-year-old outfielder.
