The Red River Showdown is underway on Saturday morning and the Oklahoma Sooners struck quickly.

After stalling at Texas’ one-yard line, Oklahoma sent Jalen Hurts and the offense back onto the field on fourth down. Hurts rolled out to his right side and hit CeeDee Lamb for the first touchdown of the game.

Oklahoma’s offense moved down the field with ease against the Longhorns’ defense. The Sooners’ Heisman hopeful used his legs and arm to storm down the field before connecting with his go-to receiver.

Lamb now extends his touchdown streak to eight consecutive games. This game is already living up to the hype with some early offensive firepower on display.
