Late in the first half as Kentucky and Louisville battled it out Saturday, Wildcats point guard Immanuel Quickley was called for the worst offensive foul we’ve ever seen.
Quickley faked out his defender with a pump, then rose up for a jumper and was hacked across the arms. Rather than head to the line for free throws, however, he was shocked to learn that he was the one being charged with a foul.
Check out this ridiculous call.
This was called an offensive foul on Kentucky's Immanuel Quickley. This was … not an offensive foul. pic.twitter.com/hjSga3Jvl1

It’s just one of those occasions where you can only wonder what in the world the official was looking at. Across the multiverse, this is a defensive foul 100 percent of the time.
