Not only are the new NFL rookies starting to workout with their teams, some head coaches are also pumping the iron.

Take a look and listen to Oakland Raiders rookie safety Johnathan Abram cheering on his new head coach.

“That’s my coach. That’s my coach right there,” Abram chants while Jon Gruden pumps some hand weights.

Abram was one of three Raiders’ first-round picks, selected at No. 27, in the 2019 NFL Draft.

By the sound of things, it seems Abram is doing all the necessary stuff to get into Gruden’s good graces. Good for him.
