WATCH: LeBron James makes burner account joke mocking Bryan Colangelo

While Cleveland Cavaliers forward LeBron James has stayed off of social media recently, the 33-year-old showed he is still very aware of the hottest story in sports.

During an interview on Saturday when asked by reporters if he saw the comments made on Twitter by Cavaliers owner Dan Gilbert, James took the opportunity to have some fun after all the talk about burner accounts reportedly being used by Philadelphia 76ers executive Bryan Colangelo.

The tweets did in fact come from Gilbert’s verified Twitter account, but it’s still a great joke in the moment.

James recognized the humor in it immediately after with the motion of a rim shot on the drums.
