Brooklyn Nets guard Kyrie Irving left the NBA world speechless on Friday night with a 54-point performance. On Saturday night, Irving put his skills on display with a nasty move that led to a gorgeous fadeaway shot.
During Saturday’s matchup against the Washington Wizards, Irving crossed up a defender to drive to the paint. Once he got near the hoop, Irving used a nasty cut move that fooled two defenders and then he spun back and sunk the beautiful fadeaway.
After sitting out Sunday’s game following the death of Kobe Bryant, Irving has turned in on as of late with the type of dominance that would make his basketball hero proud. He is off to a strong start on Saturday night and is now playing at the level that the Nets were dreaming of.
