Kentucky wide receiver Ahmad Wagner has officially put his name into the “Catch of the Year” ballot box with an incredible one-handed touchdown against Florida.

Going up for the contested catch in the end zone, Wagner batted the ball into the air as he was falling down, then somehow corralled it with one hand and kept complete control of the ball while he and it slammed into the turf with the defender draped all over his back.

You aren’t going to see many catches at any level of play that can hold a candle to what Wagner just did. A remarkable effort that’ll be shown on highlight reels nationally over the weekend.
