Karl-Anthony Towns COVID-19
Jesse Johnson-USA TODAY Sports

Even with his Minnesota Timberwolves closing out what has been a disappointing season, All-Star big man Karl-Anthony Towns continues to dominate his competition.

The Dallas Mavericks found that out first hand during the early stages of an otherwise meaningless late-season game between the two teams.

Just check out Towns throwing down two absolutely massive dunks to open the game.

The first one was impressive in and of itself. But let’s be honest, future Mavericks Hall of Famer Dirk Nowitzki was not about to let himself be put on a poster at this late stage in his career. Dirk was smart to get out of KAT’s way.

However, it’s the second one that impresses us the most. Towns did in fact put big man Salah Mejri on a poster — adding an And-1 in the process.

This is nothing new from Towns as he completes what has been a career season for the face of the Wolves’ franchise.
