During the third quarter of Saturday’s big game against USC, Oregon quarterback Justin Herbert took an inadvertent shot to the left knee and stayed down.

It was a scary-looking hit. USC’s Chase Williams was falling down when he crashed into Herbert’s left knee.

Trainers came out onto the field, and after a while Herbert was able to thankfully walk off under his own power but went directly into the medical tent. Then, incredibly, Herbert was able to come right back into the game.

Immediately after that, Herbert threw a dime to Juwan Johnson, who scored a 15-yard touchdown to give the Ducks a 35-17 lead.
