Having signed a one-year, prove-it deal with the Seattle Seahawks this past offseason, it was not a guarantee that Brandon Marshall would make the team’s final 53 man roster.
But after impressing during camp and the preseason, he’s out there Week 1 against his former Denver Broncos team doing Brandon Marshall circa 2007 things.
With Seattle down 17-10 on the road in Denver, Russell Wilson connected with Marshall on a 20-yard game-tying touchdown. It really was something to behold.

Yes, that’s Bradley Roby who Marshall beat over the top with an absolutely stellar catch. It represented his first regular season touchdown since he was a member of the New York Jets back in 2016.
Having lost both Paul Richardson and Jimmy Graham in free agency, Wilson is going to be relying on Marshall to fill in this season. If this catch is any indication, he might very well surprise a lot of folks.
