WATCH: Akron with a zero-yard punt against Eastern Michigan

It’s cold, a bit snowy and miserable in Akron Tuesday night as the Zips take on Eastern Michigan. Punter Kato Nelson can tell you all about that.

Watch as Nelson tries to pooch a punt from Eastern Michigan’s 37-yard line. The ball goes pretty much straight up into the air and ended up landing right where the line of scrimmage was.

That’s a zero-yard punt, ladies and gentlemen.

On Eastern Michigan’s previous drive, the Eagles attempted a punt of their own and ended up flubbing it badly as Jake Julien lost the handle in the cold conditions.

Classic #MACtion action.
