Forty-five seconds. That’s how long it took heavyweight contender Tom Aspinall to dispose of Jake Collier during their UFC Fight Night 174 bout Saturday evening in Abu Dhabi.
Check out Aspinall with a violent knee to Collier’s mid-section before landing a brutal jab for the knockout.
That’s absolutely ridiculous. Collier had absolutely no chance early in this bout. The referee on hand inside the Octagon knew that right away.
Aspinall now moves to 8-2 in his career and has won four consecutive bouts. It was his first appearance and first win in the UFC. Collier now moves to 3-4 in his UFC career.
