This is so wild. On the very first offensive play of the season Saturday, Hawaii incurred a delay-of-game penalty against Colorado State.
Seriously.
Hawaii apparently didn't have the first play it was going to run this season mapped out. Just took a delay of game before their first offensive snap of the season. How does that even happen?

Twitter users had plenty of reactions to this unbelievable display of unpreparedness.

Hawaii had 8.5 months to prepare for their first play. They had a delay of game penalty.
