On Tuesday, the Los Angeles Rams made running back Todd Gurley the highest-paid player at his position in league history. He is inking a four-year extension that will pay him an average of $15 million per year with a whopping $45 million guaranteed.
Keep in mind, this new contract for Gurley comes on the heels of Pittsburgh Steelers running back Le’Veon Bell not coming to terms with his team.
As such, the Twitter world is abuzz with all types of reactions to Gurley’s new deal.
Welp. Gurley got Bell’s money

There’s a reason the rams paid Todd Gurley and the Steelers didn’t pay lev bell. Has no off the field issues, always healthy, never skips training camp/ pre season, never was suspended
