The Eagles led 38-36 at halftime before Georgia Tech opened the second half on a 16-4 run to go up by 10 with 15:10 remaining.

The Yellow Jackets maintained their double-digit lead over the next five minutes before the Eagles regrouped with a 13-1 surge to take a 68-66 lead on Zackery’s 3-pointer with 4:58 to play.

Post’s layup had Boston College on top 72-68 with 3:35 left before Georgia Tech poured in five straight points. Maxwell’s trey with 2:36 on the clock put the Yellow Jackets back in front 73-72, and Georgia Tech closed out the game on a 13-4 run overall.
