Did Tom Brady call into a Boston radio show as someone else?

By Vincent Frank

At this point, we wouldn’t really put anything past New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady.

Serving a four-game suspension for his alleged role in the Deflategate scandal, it’s apparent Brady has too much time on his hands.

That might have been taken to a whole new level on Wednesday. Toucher & Rich on 98.5 The Sports Hub in Boston received a mysterious call from a Patriots fan.

The fan, allegedly named Matt, surely the heck sounded like Brady himself. It even got to the point where the show’s co-hosts went as far to assume it was Brady calling in.

“Matt” indicated that he was originally from San Diego and moved to the Boston area 20 years ago. He then went at the co-hosts, questioning why they would criticize Brady’s relationship with his teammates, the seemingly infatuated Julian Edelman included.

This one scribe wasn’t fully convinced that it was Brady until the caller laughed at the end. That seemed like a dead give away. Listen to Brady’s authentic laugh here, and tell us what you think.

“You got three GOATS on the same team, Belichick, Brady and Gronk.”

Completely unrelated. Is that Brady legitimately calling himself the greatest of all-time? If so, he should own that.

We likely won’t ever know the answer to this, but it surely is some food for thought.
