On Monday morning, a report emerged that Tom Brady left the New England Patriots in part because he and Josh McDaniels clashed.
Bestselling author Gary Meyers cited “an excellent source” who indicated the two had a “deteriorating relationship.” Additionally, he reported Brady was “worn out” from dealing with McDaniels and was upset he wasn’t more involved in game plans (more on all that here).
Tom Brady responds to ‘nonsense’ report
On Monday evening, Brady took to Instagram Live to blast the “nonsense” report. In his post, he showed support for McDaniels, calling him a brother for life.
Clearly, Brady is not happy about the report. Whether it had any validity or not, it seems Brady would rather just have his Patriots playing days in the rear-view mirror. Unfortunately for him, the story of him leaving New England isn’t going away any time soon.
