Tom Brady, Bill Belichick refuse to say if he will return to Patriots in 2020

Tom Brady is going to be an NFL free agent, ladies and gentlemen. After Saturday night’s loss, neither he nor Bill Belichick would say whether he’d be back with the New England Patriots in 2020.

Belichick gave a very standard response to whether he wants to bring Brady back in 2020.

Brady also initially had a similar response.

Then, he opened up slightly and made it clear he isn’t sure what’s going to happen.

Brady was selected in the sixth round out of Michigan by the Patriots and has spent his entire legendary 20-year career with the organization, winning six Super Bowls and cementing his status as an NFL legend.

However, it’s very unclear what his future may hold, other than the fact he’s said he wants to keep playing into his mid-40s, and that reports indicate he would play next year, even if it wasn’t with the Patriots.

The fact that neither Brady nor Belichick was willing to make any real comment on next year means there is uncertainty on both sides. This offseason should be very, very interesting.
