The Houston Texans will be without star receiver Will Fuller at least the next week, if not longer, due to the groin injury he suffered Sunday.

Ian Rapoport of NFL Media wrote that his groin injury is “likely a three-week injury” following tests, noting Fuller “has an outside chance to play in their first playoff game and will likely be available if they win and advance.”

When healthy, Fuller is extremely dangerous. He’s one of the league’s best deep threats. In 10 games this season, Fuller has caught 47 passes for 659 yards and three touchdowns.

Houston clinched the AFC South with its win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Saturday and is in the playoffs. Getting Fuller back healthy before they exit will give the Texans a better chance to make a deep run, to be sure.
