The Tennessee Titans placed veteran outside linebacker Bud Dupree on the Physically Unable to Perform list on Saturday.

Dupree, signed as a free agent in the offseason to pump up the pass rush, tore an ACL against the Baltimore Ravens on Dec. 2 during his sixth and final season with the Pittsburgh Steelers. He has 39.5 sacks in 81 career games (66 starts).

Offensive tackle Ty Sambrailo and running back Jeremy McNichols also were placed on the PUP list.

First-round pick Caleb Farley, a cornerback, was one of two players placed on the non-football injury list. The other was center Aaron Brewer.

Tennessee also placed defensive tackle Abry Jones on the reserve/retired list. Jones was signed in June after playing eight seasons with the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Receiver A.J. Brown (knee surgery) and left tackle Taylor Lewan (ACL tear last October) were not placed on either list, which is an indication both could be ready for the start of training camp. The Titans’ first practice is on Wednesday.
