Russell Wilson donated 300K meals after a trio of magnificent shots during ‘The Match’

On Sunday during “The Match,” Russell Wilson made an appearance. He promised to donate 100,000 meals if any of the four golfers could knock it to 12 feet or closer on the 16th hole.

Tom Brady, Peyton Manning and Phil Mickelson all obliged, meaning Wilson pledged to donate 300,000 meals.

Here’s a look at the three magnificent shots that helped Wilson contribute so generously to the COVID-19 relief effort.

Wilson has been heavily involved with COVID-19 relief work since March. He and his wife have already donated a million meals to charity. This was just another chance for the Seattle Seahawks quarterback to continue the good work he’s already been doing.

It just was all kinds of awesome that Manning, Brady and Mickelson came up so big at that key moment to make it happen.
