Colorado Rockies pitcher Kyle Freeland has left his start against the Washington Nationals on Sunday with an apparent leg injury.

Freeland was favoring his left leg after throwing his 107th pitch of the day, a single by Cesar Hernandez. He was helped off the field and was replaced by Robert Stephenson, who gave up a home run to Lane Thomas.
