The Detroit Tigers and Philadelphia Phillies are finalizing a five-player trade, multiple outlets reported Saturday.

The Tigers would reportedly acquire infielder/outfielder Nick Maton, outfielder Matt Vierling and catcher Donny Sands.

In exchange, the Phillies would receive All-Star reliever Gregory Soto and infielder Kody Clemens.

Soto, 27, is a two-time All-Star (2021, 2022) with 50 saves and a 4.13 ERA in 186 games over four seasons in Detroit.

Clemens, 26, made his MLB debut in 2022 and batted .145 with five home runs and 17 RBIs in 56 games for the Tigers.

Maton, 25, batted .254 with seven home runs and 31 RBIs in 86 games with the Phillies from 2021-22.

Vierling, 26, hit .260 with eight homers and 38 RBIs in 151 games for Philadelphia over the past two seasons.

Sands, 26, debuted in 2022 and was 0-for-3 with one walk and one strikeout in three games for the Phillies.
