New Hampshire hired former Bucknell head coach Nathan Davis to the same post, multiple media outlets reported on Friday.
Davis will replace Bill Herrion, whose contract was not renewed after the team finished with a 15-15 record and 9-7 mark in the America East Conference this past season. Herrion had been coach of the Wildcats for the past 18 seasons.
Davis, 49, guided the Bison to four regular-season Patriot League titles, two conference tournament championships and two NCAA Tournament appearances.
Bucknell finished 12-20 overall and 5-13 mark in conference play last season.
