Report: Ravens not looking to sign Antonio Brown

Baltimore Ravens fans were excited last week when Antonio Brown was videoed working out with Lamar Jackson and Marquise Brown, but reportedly that had nothing to do with the team’s plans in 2020.

ESPN’s Jamison Hensley shared that the Ravens aren’t looking to sign Brown this offseason (h/t B/R Gridiron), noting the franchise is planning to build up its receiving corps through the draft instead.

This shouldn’t be too surprising. Brown is still under investigation by the NFL for two separate allegations of sexual misconduct.

Furthermore, he was officially charged with felony burglary conveyance, misdemeanor battery and misdemeanor criminal mischief charges. These charges stem from an incident with a truck driver in January.

Recently, Bruce Arians, who coached Brown in Pittsburgh, made it clear he wouldn’t be a good fit in the Tampa Bay locker room — shutting down rumors that the receiver could join Tom Brady and the Buccaneers. At this point, it would be stunning if any team signed Brown before the NFL concluded its investigation.
