Not for the first time, the Baltimore Ravens are losing their final two OTA practices following an undisclosed infraction of league rules, Jeff Zrebiec reports. Additionally, both head coach John Harbaugh and owner Steve Bisciotti are facing potential fines for this infraction.

It was only two years ago that Baltimore lost three OTA practices for conducting non-contact punt protection drills, while using pads.

Needless to say, Harbaugh and his coaching staff would be wise to study up on the league’s offseason rule book just a bit more.
