Report: Nelson Agholor received IVs Saturday for flu-like symptoms, expected to play

The Philadelphia Eagles have been battling flu-like symptoms in the week leading up to Super Bowl LII, and Nelson Agholor is the latest to suffer ahead of the big game.

According to Ian Rapoport of NFL Media, Agholor was feeling “sick and weak” Saturday and needed IV fluids. Per Rapoport, “he is already feeling better and should be fine for the game,” so Eagles fans can breathe a sigh of relief at that news.

Agholor is coming off a career year in his third season as a pro. He caught 62 passes for 768 yards and eight touchdowns during the regular season. His upcoming battle against New England Patriots cornerback Eric Rowe is one we highlighted as a key matchup that will decide Super Bowl LII.
